Information
Sav-On Scrubs ships orders by UPS or Priority Mail. Orders
are usually processed the same day, except on holidays. That
is why we ship your order to arrive in 5 -7 business days
after leaving our warehouse. (Most of the orders take 3-5
days)
When ordering, carefully review delivery information making
certain that the address is complete and includes apartment
and suite numbers. Sav-On Scrubs can not be held responsible
for undeliverable orders or additional address correction
fees charged by the carrier due to information that is
incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable.
Delivery Date
Allow 5 to 7 working days to process and ship your order. We
can not guarantee a specific day of delivery . We will ship
your order to arrive within the reasonable time.

Easy Returns/Exchange
We want you to be pleased with the items you have ordered.
Customers are offered a full products money-back less
shipping charges if any,
if merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment.
Please include a copy of the shipping document stating why
the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange

Personalized items are not returnable. Shipping and
handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items
must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own
benefit); Returned merchandise must not be used or altered

Damaged Shipments or Errors on
Invoice:
Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping and once in a
while, we make a mistake and pull the wrong item. If you
should receive your order and it has been damaged in some
way or we have goofed, PLEASE call us immediately. Have your
invoice copy available. DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED OR WRONG
MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST!!.
